Revision Policy
We provide revisions based on the package selected by the customer.
Free Revisions
Customers may request revisions without additional charges.
Revisions are applicable only if the original content and concept remain unchanged.
Revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure quality service for all customers:
We provide up to 10 free revisions per project.
Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide security and transparency for both the client and Green Book Publisher.
Refund requests are processed according to the following terms unless Green Book Publisher terminates the agreement due to breach or non-performance.
General Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Refunds are not applicable if:
Initial content/designs have already been delivered
Revisions have been requested
The cancellation is due to a change of mind after the allowed timeframe
Pre-Delivery Refund
If a refund is requested before the initial content delivery:
Customer is eligible for a full refund
A 10% service & processing fee will be deducted
Post-Delivery Refund
Within 48 Hours
Eligible for a 66% refund
Subject to a 10% service & processing fee
Between 48 – 120 Hours
Eligible for a 33% refund
Subject to a 10% service & processing fee
After 120 Hours
No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial content delivery.
Customers may still contact support for resolution assistance.
Order Inactivity
No refunds will be issued if no action has been taken on the order for 30 days after placement.
Reactivation of inactive projects may require an additional fee.
Final Deliverables
No refunds will be entertained after:
Final files have been delivered
The project has been completed
Custom Packages
For bundled services:
Refunds apply only to the specific unapproved service.
Example:
If a logo is approved but a book cover is not, refund eligibility applies only to the book cover service.
Refund Validity
Refund requests must include a valid reason related to:
Failure to meet the project brief
Quality concerns supported by revision feedback
If revisions can resolve the issue, refunds may not be granted immediately.
Good Faith Policy
Our money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith.
Refund requests may be declined if:
The same project was assigned to multiple agencies
Services were misused to obtain free concepts or content
Customer Feedback
Customer cooperation is essential for project completion.
Clients are expected to:
Provide timely feedback
Participate during revision stages
Approve content within reasonable timeframes
Unique Content Policy
We provide a 100% unique content guarantee.
If any book cover or design is found substantially similar to existing content:
Customers may request a redraw/revision
Any similarity will be considered coincidental
Green Book Publisher is not responsible for:
Copyright registration
Trademark protection
Legal ownership filings
Clients are responsible for securing copyrights where necessary.

No refunds after final logo approval.

Website completion

All refund requests must be submitted to our support department.
Green Book Publisher reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there is a violation of the user agreement.

Prevent future unauthorized reuse
